A graduate in professional pastry arts from the ITHQ, Magie is a passionate chef with nearly fifteen years of culinary experience, including over four years at Ratafia. Coming from a family of restaurateurs, she quite literally grew up with her hands in flour, nurturing from childhood a deep love for hospitality and creation. Magie helps Ratafia flourish with tremendous respect for its vision and a rare sense of openness. Her style becomes more refined each season, showcasing freshness, homemade pastas, global culinary influences, and above all, a distinctive originality that has earned her recognition.

Colombe St-Pierre

Colombe St-Pierre is a Québécois chef who leaves no one indifferent. Trained at the ITHQ, she refined her craft internationally before founding her restaurant, Chez Saint-Pierre, in Bic in 2003. There, she celebrates a local, sustainable, and poetic cuisine that highlights the richness of Québec’s terroir. A committed advocate of the locavore movement, she champions a responsible, deeply rooted approach to gastronomy. Named Chef of the Year in 2018 at the Lauriers de la gastronomie awards, she has also been a coach on the television show Les Chefs! since 2022. Colombe embodies an engaged, thoughtful cuisine that is profoundly connected to Québec’s nature and culture.
