Co-founder and Head of Menu Extra, Francis Blais is the first Quebecer to win *Top Chef Canada* in 2020, at just 27 years old. Known for his exceptional culinary skills and a degree in entrepreneurship from HEC, Francis overcomes every challenge with ease and innovation. His journey includes five years as the chef at Le Mousso, which allowed him to undertake multiple internships abroad and draw inspiration from new flavors and culinary techniques in Berlin, Copenhagen, the Faroe Islands, and Paris. Today, Francis leads the Menu Extra team, crafting a wide range of events, from festive pop-ups to private hidden tables. His new *Chef sur Mesure* service was born out of his passion for connection and sharing, offering personalized and unforgettable culinary experiences.
