As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Le Club Chasse et Pêche is pleased to welcome sommelier Etheliya Hananova and chef Noam Gedalof, owners of Comice, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris since 2018. With extensive experience in Napa, Montreal, and New York, they opened their establishment in 2014, combining gastronomy and conviviality. Noam offers a signature cuisine that highlights French products, while Etheliya, who was part of the Club Chasse et Pêche team for several years, is renowned for her instinctive food and wine pairings.
