Yves Lowe, Corporate Chef of Groupe CH, welcomes chefs Myriam Pelletier of Rose Ross and Danny StPierre of Pan American Pizza to the kitchens of the Bell Centre. Together, this culinary trio will pay tribute to Janette Bertrand's illustrious career by reimagining some of her most iconic dishes in a seven-course menu.
