A collaboration with the Forcherio family: Chef Armand in the kitchen, his twin brother Ange handling the wines, and Rosalie, Armand’s daughter and director at La Lune, joining us! A tribute to all the sunshine we’ve been able to taste in Montréal thanks to Paloma and Nizza, and to the inspiring careers of these two brothers, whose contagious energy clearly lives on in the next generation!
