La Chronique will welcome Chef Cédric Burtin, holder of two Michelin stars, from the restaurant L’Amaryllis in Auxerre, on February 19 and 20, 2026. A true tribute to French gastronomy, the chef will offer an exclusive tasting menu created especially for Montreal and executed by La Chronique’s team under his direction. His cuisine, both elegant and precise, deeply rooted in Burgundy’s terroir, promises an experience of great refinement. The arrival of Cédric Burtin will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the festival.
