ᐆᒻᒪᖁᑎᒃ uummaqutik: essence of life is an invitation to reflect on the rhythms of life specific to the circumpolar territories that make up Inuit Nunangat. This new presentation of the MMFA’s Inuit art collection features a variety of fascinating installations, works on paper, paintings and sculpture from 1949 to the present day that shine a light on the richness and diversity of Inuit creation.
