Basilio Pesce is the owner and chef of the Italian restaurant Porzia, located on Oakwood Avenue in Toronto. Michele Forgione is the executive chef and co-owner of four restaurants—Impasto, Pizzeria Gema, Chez Tousignant, and Trattoria Vesta—situated in the heart of Montreal’s Little Italy. Together, they will craft a unique, authentically Italo-Canadian menu for the event, set against the warm and festive ambiance of Trattoria Vesta.
