Alexandre Martin
Originally from Berry, France, Alexandre Martin discovered his passion for gastronomy at an early age. After training at the École Hôtelière Jean-Guéhenno and working at La Tour d’Argent in Paris, he settled in Montreal in 1994 and joined Toqué! upon his arrival. Executive Chef at the Sheraton Centre Montreal since 2009, he emphasizes attentiveness, creativity, and respect for ingredients to deliver sincere and unifying cuisine.
