A lunch under the Nice sun! A collaboration with the Forcherio family: Chef Armand in the kitchen, his twin brother Ange handling the wines, and Rosalie, Armand’s daughter and director at La Lune, joining us! A tribute to all the sunshine we’ve been able to taste in Montréal thanks to Paloma and Nizza, and to the inspiring careers of these two brothers, whose contagious energy clearly lives on in the next generation!

Armand Forcherio
Armand Forcherio, formerly the chef owner of Paloma, is a highly respected chef of Italian origin who grew up in Nice and has delighted us for decades with his cuisine inspired by classic Niçois traditions. After many years in the kitchen at his restaurant Nizza, and later at Paloma, Armand continued to refine his craft. He has a twin brother, Ange, who works as a sommelier at Restaurant Luciano in Montreal. The pair will be joining us, along with Rosalie Forcherio, Armand’s daughter, former co owner of Paloma and now dining room director at Rôtisserie La Lune.
