Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère hosts François-Emmanuel Nicol, chef and co-owner of the renowned restaurant Tanière³. The latter will craft a 7-course tasting menu celebrating local terroir, elevated by wines from winemaker Bee Maloof.

The first reservations will start at 6:00 PM for February 21 and 22.
