
Born and raised in the Burgundy region of France, Chef Perret received his culinary training at École Hôtelière Isle d’Abeau and refined his skills through an apprenticeship at La Tassée, followed by a position as chef at the renowned Le Bouchon in Lyon. In 2018, Chef Olivier Perret became a member of the prestigious Maître Cuisinier de France organization as well as a Maple Ambassador, and since 2021, he has also been part of the renowned Académie Culinaire de France.

He refined his craft in some of the best restaurants in the world, from Switzerland to the United States. Particularly renowned for his work with seafood, this Michelin starred chef in Rome draws on the richness of local and seasonal products to bring a cosmopolitan touch to Mediterranean cuisine.
