Antonio Park
Antonio Park’s training began in his mother’s kitchen in Argentina and during his father’s many asados, establishing the foundations of his heritage through fresh ingredients, homemade dishes, and a passion for sharing meals. From starting his culinary journey as a dishwasher to appearing as a judge on Food Network Canada’s Chopped, he honed his craft and gained experience in Tokyo, Osaka, New York, Toronto, and Montreal. His dedication and meticulous attention to detail have inspired the creation of new concepts, the development of Antonio Park products, and the opening of restaurants around the world.
