Modavie will welcome Chef Roland Ménard who, together with Chef Romain Chassignet, will create an exclusive four-course menu celebrating Québec’s gastronomy and local terroir. Inspired by bistro style with a refined gastronomic touch, this menu will highlight exceptional local products. As a special treat, Sister Angèle will join the chefs to recreate one of her signature dishes, which she will prepare on-site herself.
