Jonathan Agnello
Jonathan Agnello is a respected chef and restaurateur known for his authentic Italian cuisine in Montreal. He is the chef and owner of Stellina, a popular Old Montreal restaurant renowned for its fresh, handmade pasta. In the city, he has also worked at notable establishments such as Impasto and Bouillon Bilk. He is also involved with Mare, a newer seafood-focused restaurant considered a “big brother” to Stellina. He is known for his use of traditional Italian recipes and techniques.
