For two evenings, Le Mélisse welcomes Agata Felluga and Léa Bardin from Trattoria Cacciaconti, located in the heart of Rocchette di Fazio in Tuscany. Their cuisine highlights seasonal ingredients, blending local tradition with international influences.

Trattoria Cacciaconti established its roots in Tuscany in January 2022. Chef Agata Felluga chose Rocchette di Fazio, a small village in the heart of Maremma, to create and nurture a network of passionate, militant producers and artisans dedicated to providing an accessible and convivial dining experience. Alongside Léa Bardin, sous-chef since 2022, they craft a daily menu based on seasonal ingredients, inviting diners to explore traditional expertise combined with international influences. Each dish respects regional recipes and seeks harmony with wine, treated as an integral ingredient. Trattoria Cacciaconti's wine cellar, the "enoteca," emphasizes natural and biodynamic wine production, embodying an open-minded and terroir-conscious approach to the future—unembellished and uncompromising.
