Emilie worked with Marie Fleur at the very beginning of her culinary journey! Now based in Kamouraska, Marie Fleur is back in Montreal, and we are thrilled to once again enjoy her dishes that helped shape the city’s culinary scene. Emilie, now head chef at Butterblume, joins her for two very special evenings featuring a four hands menu, friendly, simple, and true to the spirit of these two exceptional women.

Emilie joined our team this year and has already brought her personal touch to the menu, creating fresh, delicate dishes full of color and flavor while respecting our classics. A passionate vegetable enthusiast, she knows how to showcase seasonal produce. She cooks with great attention to detail, which is immediately evident on the plate.

Almost everyone knows Marie-Fleur! An inspiring chef, she has been a key figure in Quebec’s culinary scene for nearly 20 years. After serving as head chef at Tapeo in Montreal’s Villeray neighborhood, she published three cookbooks that reflect her vibrant personality. Since 2020, she has been based in Kamouraska, where she runs her gourmet shop La Supérette chez Marie! She also signs the menu at Hôtel Victoria in Saint-Pascal. Thanks to Marie-Fleur, visiting this region has become an absolute must!
