As part of Montréal en Lumière, June Buvette is proud to welcome chef Jean-Philippe Matheussen, a Quebec-born culinary star based in New York, for two exclusive evenings on February 27 and 28.
For the occasion, he teams up with our chef Colin to offer a four-course dinner inspired by Quebec’s terroir, infused with his international background and creative flair.
The duo will be serving up a vibrant cuisine, paired with a carefully curated selection of juices and cocktails.

Colin Lavallée launched his career in 2022, when he was mentored by chef Joe Mercuri for a two-year period. Today, at 26 years old, he has been the head chef at June Buvette for one year.

Jean-Philippe Matheussen, currently a chef at Upland NYC, honed his skills in iconic establishments such as Eleven Madison Park, Manitoba (Montreal), and CUT NYC.
