Nestled in the heart of Castelletto di Monforte d'Alba, one of the 11 production zones of the iconic Barolo, lies the Josetta Saffirio estate. Encompassing some 60 hectares of forest, the estate has practiced sustainable agriculture without synthetic products since 2004 and is now proudly certified as "Biodiversity Friendly." Today, the estate thrives under the ambition and overflowing passion of Sara, a fifth-generation winemaker, who nurtures the vines across a dozen hectares. The focus is predominantly on cultivating Nebbiolo, in keeping with the cherished traditions of the Langhe vineyards.
