As part of the gourmet programming of the Montréal en Lumière festival, Le Copilote joins forces with the chefs of restaurant Hélicoptère to welcome Domaine Amalgames (Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu) for a masterclass dedicated to wine and gastronomy.
The evening will be hosted by Olivier Ross, sommelier and co-owner of Domaine Amalgames, as well as a former member of the Hélicoptère restaurant team—an exceptional opportunity to discuss his journey, the terroir, and his winemaking approach.
