Chef Alexandre Gosselin, co-owner and executive chef of Chez Victoire, welcomes chef Marie-Fleur St-Pierre from Jardins de Bedeau in Kamouraska. A blend of Spanish cuisine and local produce will mark Marie-Fleur's return to Montreal.

Chef for the Tapéo group from 2000 to 2021, she embarked on a new venture in 2021 with actor, host, and epicurean Christian Bégin. Marie-Fleur moved with her family to Kamouraska, where she purchased the fine grocery store *Le Jardin du Bedeau*. Her contribution focuses on offering ready-to-eat meals that highlight local producers from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region and introducing her favorite products to both tourists and locals.
In the fall of 2023, she and two close friends acquired the Hôtel Victoria in Saint-Pascal, a heritage gem of the Kamouraska RCM that holds cherished memories for many in the region and beyond. Marie-Fleur returned to the kitchen at *The Vic*, quickly adding her signature dishes to the menu.
