Menu Extra unveils its next ephemeral table at the heart of the Chapelle des Franciscains, offering a multi-course tasting menu paired with a curated food and wine pairing. On March 5, 6, and 7, the experience invites guests to discover an author-driven cuisine rooted in the signature ingredients of Quebec’s terroir, set within a scenography inspired by the brutalist context of the nave.
