Kevin Bouillet, known as Pépin, founded his estate in 2018. The young winemaker first trained under Evelyne and Pascal Clairet at Domaine de la Tournelle before establishing his own vineyard. That same year, he took over several family plots and expanded with vines from retiring farmers. From the very beginning, he chose to work organically. In his vineyards, Kevin Bouillet follows a meticulous and nature-conscious approach, emphasizing manual work and harmony with the living environment.
