As part of Montréal en Lumière, Annette welcomes François Morissette from the Pearl Morissette winery in the Niagara region. During this evening, Annette will offer a menu crafted by Chef Marc-André Jetté and his team, paired with wines from the Pearl Morissette winery curated by Hugo Duchesne.

Inspired by the theme “60 Years of Gastronomy,” we created a limited-edition cocktail menu in collaboration with Samuel. Following the travel-inspired theme of Bar JJacques’ cocktail menu, Annette offers a journey through time highlighting key moments in Montreal’s culinary history with four signature cocktails crafted for this unique evening.
