As part of Montréal en Lumière, Annette welcomes François Morissette from the Pearl Morissette winery in the Niagara region. During this evening, Annette will offer a menu crafted by Chef Marc-André Jetté and his team, paired with wines from the Pearl Morissette winery curated by Hugo Duchesne.

As part of Montréal en Lumière, Annette welcomes Samuel Tremblay from Bar JJacques in Quebec. Inspired by the theme “60 Years of Gastronomy,” we created a limited-edition cocktail menu in collaboration with Samuel. Following the travel-inspired theme of Bar JJacques’ cocktail menu, Annette offers a journey through time highlighting key moments in Montreal’s culinary history with four signature cocktails crafted for this unique evening.
