She will be at the Village Gourmand to give a culinary demonstration of a delicious air fryer recipe and share all its secrets with us.

Known for her best-sellers Fiesta Santé, Buenos Diaz and her popular cookbook series L’amour est dans l’air fryer, L’air fryer à petit prix and the soon-to-be-published Tout végé dans l’air fryer, she loves to enjoy herself and to share such pleasures with others.
A cultural journalist with Radio-Canada and TVA television news for 17 years, Alexandra is also a keen runner and Pilates instructor. Serving as the Montréal en Lumière spokesperson is a role perfectly suited to her boundless energy!
