For his last day of immersion in the heart of the Montreal winter, chef and pitmaster Damien Brockway will take part in the traditional Kanaval brunch at Kamúy with local pitmaster Armando Vendittozzi. Montréal en lumière will tune in with the time and the flavors of Haiti and Texas for a brunch full of music and delights!
