An epic evening centered around poultry, featuring our great friend Chef Riad Nasr of Le Veau d'Or, Frenchette, Le Rock and Wild Cherry in New York, along with the wonderful presence of winemakers David Chapel and Michele Smith from Régnié in Beaujolais.
