Dario Bivona, an Italian-born pastry chef and winner of the first season of the culinary competition Le Meilleur Pâtissier du Québec, invites you to his pizzicotti di pasta di mandorle, lemon & limoncello workshop!
After this workshop, almond paste cookies will hold no secrets for you. Surprisingly simple to make—despite what you might think—these cookies are sure to win you over and become a staple in your home.
A tasting will also be offered at the end of the workshop (limited quantities, first come, first served).
