Mirko d'Agagta

Mirko, originally from Turin in northern Italy, grew up in a Sicilian family where the importance of quality food was instilled in him from a young age. Passionate about food, he has worked in various pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants around the world. In 2012, he left Italy for Canada and joined the renowned Bottega team in Quebec. A few years later, he became the executive chef of Pizzeria NO.900, bringing a touch of Italian authenticity.

Attracted by Alexandre Brunet's vision, co-president, Mirko shares his ambition to elevate the profession of pizzaiolo while preserving the artisanal approach in the development of NO.900. Over the years, Mirko has won numerous international awards in pizzaiolo competitions. He embodies Italian excellence and authenticity, radiating these values at the heart of the Quebec pizza scene.
