We are delighted to welcome Myles Harrison, chef of Theia in Prince Edward County. After sharpening his skills in Toronto (Crosley’s) and moving to the Ontario countryside, Myles now offers a truly distinctive culinary experience: just a few tables, ultra-local ingredients, a strong connection to wine, and an intimate atmosphere. Tonight at Nolan, he takes over our kitchen for a special Theia-inspired menu.
