We are thrilled to welcome two incredible women to Mon Lapin: Chef Isabel Garcia, a Spanish-British chef based in Paris, who has recently taken the helm at Cave Paul Bert. Previously, she honed her craft at Delicatessen, Aux Deux Amis, Mokoloco, Fulgurances, and the Auberge de Chassignolles in Auvergne, where we first met her.
Complementing this, the immensely talented winemaker Athénaïs de Béru, who continues to revolutionize the Chablis landscape with her vibrant and energetic wines. This year, Athénaïs celebrates 20 years of Château de Béru—what an inspiring journey!
