As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Le Club Chasse et Pêche is pleased to welcome sommelier Etheliya Hananova and chef Noam Gedalof, owners of Comice, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris since 2018. With extensive experience in Napa, Montreal, and New York, they opened their establishment in 2014, combining gastronomy and conviviality. Noam offers a signature cuisine that highlights French products, while Etheliya, who was part of the Club Chasse et Pêche team for several years, is renowned for her instinctive food and wine pairings. This unique collaboration marks their return to Montreal!
