This year, we have the privilege of hosting Michelin-starred Chef Fanny Rey from L’Auberge de Saint-Rémy in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. She will be joined by her partner, pastry chef Jonathan Wahid, who is also a Michelin-starred chef and Champion of France in Desserts. Together, they will share their unique vision of cuisine with us.
