For their 25th participation in the festival, La Chronique welcomes Chef Grégoire Gillard, a young Belgian chef. After working in renowned restaurants in France and Belgium, such as Le Louis XV and L'Air du Temps, he opened his own restaurant, Barge, in 2019. In 2023, Barge was awarded one Michelin star and one green star. He has the honor of participating in the festival for two evenings that should not be missed at La Chronique.
