The new digital art studio AR4E, in collaboration with Foil Gallery, presents an experimental ambient downtempo concept for Nuit blanche à Montréal, combining digital installation, sound diffusion, video projections, and laser devices in partnership with Mapp Montréal, the music label Société Holographique led by artist Hologramme (Clément Leduc), the label Planète Secrète run by electronic music artist Claire, and Baillat Studio for its design and video content work.
The program focuses on downtempo and exploratory musical practices, bringing together musicians and DJs with diverse approaches. Their performances take the form of one-off sessions, combining improvisation and flexible structures that emphasize the connection between sound and images or light signals. Performance artists, including dancers, will appear at various times. The ensemble presents contemporary approaches that treat sound, image, and movement as shared fields of artistic research.
