During our last gastronomic
gathering, Charles-Antoine invited all of Quebec to Ferme-Neuve! It was on
August 15, 2021, at Cantine Pollens et Nectars, for his mother Juliette’s
birthday.
This time, it's
Anne-Virginie and Jonathan from Miels d’Anicet who will be making the journey
to Charles and Cheryl. This festive day will be filled with friendship,
centered around Vietnamese cuisine, infused with a touch of honey and—perhaps
more than just a few—sparks to celebrate the first anniversary of Juliette.
We will also take the
opportunity to share exciting new culinary projects: Anne-Virginie’s upcoming
cookbook on honey-based cuisine and Jonathan’s new venture, Échoppe 5, a
gourmet counter.
For this special occasion,
a unique four-course menu will be available all day at Juliette Plaza for $80.
To complement the meal, a wine pairing option will be offered for $55.
Please note that the
regular Juliette Plaza menu will not be available on this day.
