Patrice and Marie-Josée are delighted to welcome Jeff Downs, from Holt restaurant in Taipei, for three evenings. Jeff was sous-chef at Les 400 Coups and has since been chef at this Michelin-starred restaurant for two years. Together, they will be offering a surprise seven-course tasting menu.
