Yves Lowe, Corporate Chef of Groupe CH, welcomes chefs Myriam Pelletier and Danny StPierre to the kitchens of the Bell Centre. Together, this culinary trio will pay tribute to Janette Bertrand's illustrious career by reimagining some of her most iconic dishes in a seven-course menu.

Please note that this event is intended as a tribute to Madame Janette Bertrand's career, and therefore will not be present.
