Highlighting local ingredients and seasonal flavors, Abenaki chef Lysanne O’bomsawin unveils the secrets of First Nations gastronomy while also taking on the role of a historical educator. This is how the introduction to her brand-new cookbook, *La Cuisine Autochtone*, begins. She will have the honor of being present at Montréal en Lumière for International Women’s Rights Day to share insights into this cuisine and offer us a taste of its delicious flavors.
