We will be showcasing a classic Gibbys table d’hôte menu featuring the Gibbys salad as a starter, the iconic Beef Wellington, Salmon Wellington served with a lobster sauce making a special return to the menu for the occasion, and a nod to the original Gibbys in Saint-Sauveur with the Saint-Sauveur rack of lamb. We will conclude the experience by bringing back one of our most sought-after desserts: the famous key lime pie.
