We will be showcasing a classic Gibbys table d’hôte menu featuring the Gibbys salad as a starter, the unmatched Beef Wellington, the signature Gibbys lobster making a special return to the menu for the occasion, and a nod to the original Gibbys in Saint-Sauveur with the Saint-Sauveur lamb rack. We will finish it all with the return of one of our most coveted desserts, the famous key lime pie.
