As part of Brunchs en Lumière, Fanfare is offering a special menu that highlights its expertise in bakery and pastry, infused with Québecois and boreal flavors. In addition to the regular menu, two comforting dishes will be available to help ease those rough mornings: a Cubano sandwich with spiced roasted potatoes and a winter ratatouille with root vegetables, a poached egg, and special olive oil bread.
For this occasion, Fanfare will also feature a dessert from its collaboration with the pastry chef from Au Petit Extra, created during another moment of the festival. A delicious opportunity to revisit this special creation in a new setting.
