If you love classic Italian tiramisù, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the Érablisù! This maple-infused take on tiramisù was created by pastry chef Dario Bivona, winner of the first season of the culinary competition Le Meilleur Pâtissier du Québec.
Maple mascarpone cream with a pastry cream base, mixed berry compote, and a layer-by-layer assembly of this iconic Italian dessert… enhanced with a distinctly Québécois touch. That’s what awaits you at this sweet workshop you won’t want to miss.
