Chef Danny St Pierre kicks off a series of culinary demonstration events with exciting guests. The first guest is Claudia Doyon, a renowned forager and mixologist who highlights local flavors in her creations. During this demonstration, they will craft a signature Montréal en Lumière non-alcoholic cocktail right before our eyes.

Passionate and instinctive, Claudia Doyon is a mixologist and forager, as well as co-founder of Amer Kebek, the first ever line of Quebec-originated bitters. In order to combine her interests in visual arts, foraging, fermentation, cooking and photography, she embarked on the creation of cocktails as a freelance entrepreneur and content creator. She tries to bring a gastronomic, boreal and artistic dimension to drinks and the bar world, while making it a duty to use and encourage local products and producers.
