Adeline Grattard honors us with her presence at the festival and will take over the kitchens of Bar St-Denis for two unique evenings. This Michelin-starred chef, renowned for her instinctive creativity, will craft a menu inspired by her Parisian restaurant Yam'Tcha, featuring Québec products and collaborating with the brigade of David Gauthier and Emily Homsy. Two evenings that will leave a lasting mark on this 26th edition of the festival.
