Last year, Michael was invited to Paris to showcase the essence of Pied de Cochon and share its culinary values. His first stop was in the kitchen, the creative playground of Chef Zac Gannat. This warm and memorable encounter marked the beginning of a genuine connection between the two chefs. Now, Zac is invited to Montréal to create a unique experience, celebrate the city’s gastronomy, and spotlight the next generation of culinary talent, in collaboration with none other than Bar Nouveau. We look forward to being reunited!
