From 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., renowned chef Pasquale Vari, consultant and permanent judge on the cooking show Les Chefs! for the past 15 years, will take his turn to present a colorful workshop.
Pasquale Vari
Born in Italy, Pasquale Vari has been a teaching chef at ITHQ since 1995. Graduated in Italian cuisine and holding two degrees from ITHQ, he has perfected his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Italy. In 1999, he obtained a certificate in pedagogy from the University of Sherbrooke. Winner of several prestigious awards, he is a consultant for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada and a permanent judge on the show "Les chefs!" since 2010.
