Pasquale Vari
Born in Italy, Pasquale Vari has been a teaching chef at ITHQ since 1995. Graduated in Italian cuisine and holding two degrees from ITHQ, he has perfected his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Italy. In 1999, he obtained a certificate in pedagogy from the University of Sherbrooke. Winner of several prestigious awards, he is a consultant for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada and a permanent judge on the show "Les chefs!" since 2010.
