A collaborative 9-course tasting menu with the two chef-owners of **Xokol** restaurant in Guadalajara. The menu will focus on ancestral Mexican corn paired with seasonal Quebec ingredients, paying tribute to the richness of Mexican gastronomy and the roots of the chefs from Guadalajara, Estado de México, and Tlaxcala.
