      An evening of Tuscan flavors with Italian chef Caterina Ceraudo. The five-course menu will be accompanied by six glasses of wine from the Podere Le Ripi estate. Only one service per evening, starting at 6:30pm.

        In the world of haute cuisine still dominated by male chefs, Caterina Ceraudo stands out for her authoritative presence and large personality. Her restaurant is housed in a charming agriturismo which offers simple guest rooms decorated in attractive, rustic style, a beautiful swimming pool shaded by mature olive trees, and traditional produce such as wine, olive oil, orange and cedro marmalades and fruit juices. Add to this Caterina’s modern, creative and yet unfussy cuisine made from local ingredients and you have a winning formula.

        Winner of the Giulio Gambelli award for best traditional winemaker under 35, Sebastian Nasello believes in the simplicity and authenticity of wine. In his opinionm wine should be the most authentic ambassador for soil, grape variety, vintage and territory. He currently runs the Podere Le Ripi estate, one of the few in the Montalcino region to be certified biodynamic, where he acts as chief winemaker.
